Key Responsibilities: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with buying, product development, and warehouse teams to meet stock demands. Maximise sales potential by minimising markdowns and preventing stock shortages. Analyse sales data and trends to support informed decision-making and inventory management. Adjust plans and strategies to meet the changing demands of the retail environment. Skills and Experience: 2-5+ years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or a related role. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a proven ability to forecast sales and manage inventory. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of retail planning systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams. Knowledge of retail mathematics and an ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
