Job Description Our client is rapidly growing and the Talent Acquisition team is an integral driving force. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance for high volume hiring needs across multiple business units Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruiting plans Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract talent Continuously analyse and evaluate recruitment processes to identify opportunities for improvement Be an active part of ongoing projects The Successful Applicant The successful applicant will have a strong track record with volume recruitment and possess;
