They are looking to leverage the expected discrepancy in the supply and demand of rare earths with the impending integration of advanced technological products across the world.
Job Description
Due to the current stage of the project, the focus of the role will have the potential to shift from predominantly pre-award to end-to-end contract management. Therefore, the responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to the following:
Previous experience and the ability to prepare, evaluate, and manage the tender and proposal process. This may include but is not limited to general tender documentation, pricing submissions, negotiations, and terms and conditions reviews. The ability to draft and implement master/framework contracts with a variety of suppliers. The ability to review variations to regular standard terms and conditions and prepare responses as required to mitigate risk and liability while simultaneously achieving favorable commercial outcomes. The successful individual will demonstrate the following:
Previous experience managing the end-to-end contract process, ideally with a focus on civil or construction work. Demonstrated experience developing the maturity and efficiency of a procurement/contract function. Previous exposure to green-field projects. Qualifications within construction, finance, or engineering would be highly regarded. What's on Offer
