Job Description
Liaising with relevant third parties to complete accommodation, travel, and other relevant bookings associated with the relocation process. Delivering a high-quality end-to-end relocation experience to your relocating members and their families through world-class case management and communication. Expectation management, ensuring members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle. Liaising with internal and external customers/stakeholders to ensure obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met within agreed timelines. The Successful Applicant
Proven customer service experience is essential, ideally in a call centre or similar fast-paced environment. Previous experience in roles such as claims officer, travel agent, or recruiter is highly desirable. Highly organised with a strong ability to manage deadlines and priorities effectively. Outstanding telephone manner with excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Passionate about providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations. What's on Offer
