Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business growth. Manage and supervise the procurement team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Conduct supplier negotiations to achieve the best price and quality for goods. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure supply chain efficiency. Oversee the development and implementation of supply chain budgets. Ensure compliance with legal and company standards in procurement activities. Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business objectives. The Successful Applicant KEY REQUIREMENTS: Proven track record in improving the procurement and supply chain department. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong understanding of the retail industry. Sound knowledge of procurement and supply chain management principles. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
