About Our Client Our client is a global water irrigation equipment supplier with customers in over 20 countries. They supply mainly to the agriculture sector and provide irrigation solutions from start to finish. They are currently experiencing a period of growth and require an additional Marketing professional to support the Head of Marketing.
Job Description Develop and maintain the brand across all channels, ensuring global consistency with local relevance. Manage marketing materials for global audiences, including brochures, social media, press releases, videos, event assets, and trade show displays. Manage promotional materials such as case studies and videos, and maintain digital content. Oversee the website, along with the SEO and digital content strategies. Plan and coordinate trade show and delegate event tasks to other team members. Ensure effectiveness and ROI is tracked to establish event success. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, engineering, product, and design teams to maintain accurate, multilingual marketing collateral. Support CRM and SharePoint integration for seamless content access and lead generation. Prepare CEO and board presentations for key business updates, and provide global updates ensuring external communications align with business strategy. The Successful Applicant Experienced marketer with 5+ years experience working in a B2B context. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related. Strong design skills and experience are non-negotiable. The candidate must be adept with the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. An industry background in Agriculture, Water, or Environmental Sustainability is highly desirable. Strong communication and organisational skills. What's on Offer Hybrid working arrangements.
