Job Description
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include:
End-to-end payroll for 700 staff weekly using ADP Ensure all documentation is complete, such as terminations, new hires, and processing payrolls Validate and verify payroll data, checking for accuracy and promptly addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise Responding to employee queries Prepare payroll reports and assist in generating various payroll-related documents Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and suggest process improvements Assist with month and end of year reporting Other ad hoc tasks The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year experience in a similar end-to-end Payroll position and will be passionate about entering the retail industry.
Ideally, they will have prior experience with ADP (or other similar payroll systems) and will be system and process driven.
Most importantly, they will be driven, willing to learn, and will bring a fun and energetic personality to the team!
