We are seeking an experienced and driven Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute strategic financial plans, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the business. Your expertise will be key in driving financial performance and aligning financial goals with broader company objectives.
Job Description Leading and delivering monthly, quarterly business performance reviews and reporting Leading and delivering the annual budget process (Full P&L, Cashflow, Balance Sheet, CAPEX) Lead the quarterly forecast process Driving the modelling for the five-year strategic planning Partnering with leadership team in identifying and accessing business growth opportunities Partnering with commercial teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Ops) to support for ad hoc projects Ensure efficient, accurate reporting through structured budget and forecast inputs. Provide clear, finance-focused presentations to enable commercial, informed decision-making. Work on ad-hoc financial reports and support performance analysis. The Successful Applicant CA/CPA Qualified Demonstrated experience in FP&A leadership role within a medium to large multinational business Strong ability to lead, leverage, and orchestrate multiple projects Demonstrated Leadership experience of large and diverse teams in industrial or private equity environment Strong and demonstrable track record in driving change management initiatives Experience working in a high pressured corporate environment with numerous stakeholder Intermediate to Advanced Power BI skills preferred What's on Offer This is an exciting opportunity to join a complex business committed to building an excellent finance function who can help the organisation grow moving forward.
