With a sizeable workforce and a reputation for excellence, they are committed to making a positive impact in society through their work.Job DescriptionThe Finance Business Partnering Lead will be responsible for:Leadership and management of the financial and budgetary planning process.Ad hoc analysis and project accounting.Development of Business plans in line with company strategy.Implement and maintain financial management systems and processes.Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to the senior management team.Management reporting.Monitor and report on financial performance and provide insightful analysis.Manage and develop a high performing finance team.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to support strategic initiatives.The Successful ApplicantA successful Finance Business Partnering Lead should have:A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA or equivalent.Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the education or relevant sector.Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.Excellent financial analysis and budgeting skills.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.What's on OfferA competitive salary package in the range.Opportunity to work in a purposeful role within the education sector.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to lead and develop a high performing team.Hybrid working 3 days in the office / 2 from home.
