Implement optimisation to boost reliability of fixed plant assets. Oversee equipment data integrity and life cycle management. Manage wear materials across high-impact areas. Support budgeting and continuous improvement projects. The Successful Applicant Degree in Engineering, ideally with SAP experience. Strong problem-solving with tools like FMEA and RCA. Extensive maintenance/reliability experience in mining or oil and gas. Knowledge of WA Mines Regulations and Australian Standards. Skilled communicator and collaborator with a safety-driven mindset.
