Job Description Ensure the General Manager's schedule, mail, and emails are managed proactively and efficiently, allowing for optimal organisation, time management, and flexibility. Oversee the daily screening of calls for the General Manager. Ensure all tasks and projects are completed promptly and to the highest quality standards. Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes. This also includes managing and clearly communicating follow-up actions, ensuring tasks are completed. Provide support in handling client disputes when necessary. Develop compelling and impactful presentations for meetings as needed. Gather and validate the function's weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports using input from the leadership team. Share weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with other functions to update them on the function's strategy and execution. Regularly update the General Manager with feedback and progress on all reporting areas of the business. Update systems, processes, and records as needed. Effective coordination and delivery of all functions and staff training as required. The Successful Applicant Experience in a previous Executive Assistant role. Experience in a Senior Administration role. Positively contributes to a motivating culture. Approachable, warm demeanor. Thrives on being challenged. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Strong relationship development skills (external & internal). Accommodating, adaptable, and flexible.
