Job Description As a Creative Marketing Administrator , you'll support a successful Account Manager in exceeding client expectations. Your role will involve:
Creative Tasks : Generate ideas, create and edit artwork that aligns with client branding, and prepare engaging presentations. Supplier & Client Coordination : Develop strong relationships with suppliers, manage job flows, and source products that meet client needs. Administrative Excellence : Prepare quotes, maintain accurate job tracking, and ensure timely invoicing. Innovative Input : Bring fresh ideas and solutions to the table, juggling priorities across multiple projects. The Successful Applicant What We're Looking For
We're seeking a resourceful and proactive individual with:
At least 2 years of office-based experience (essential). Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. A strong sense of self-awareness and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A flair for creativity and a passion for problem-solving. Experience with Adobe Illustrator (preferred, but training available). Outstanding communication skills and a sense of humour to thrive in our dynamic team. What's on Offer Why Join Us?
