Job Description
Maintaining financial records Processing and paying invoices Supporting the accounting and finance team with administrative tasks Reconciling bank statements Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws Providing administration support by maintaining office supplies, liaising with stakeholders and managing calendars and documents Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to team goals The Successful Applicant
A successful bookkeeper should have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office is essential A strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with end-to-end accounts payable is required Willingness to learn new systems and processes Experience with administration support including calendar and document management, correspondence with stakeholders, is highly desirable Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills The ability to work as part of a team and be flexible around the needs of the business What's on Offer
