Job Description Completing a high volume of bank and balance sheet reconciliations for one business unit. Accounts Payable and Receivable support where required. Cash flow management. End of month accruals and prepayments. Assistance with fixed asset register. Assist with year-end auditing. Accurately record financial transactions. Review and approve employee expense reports. Reconcile with bank statements and financial records. Perform General Ledger reconciliations (merchant, inventory, liabilities, etc.) The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Candidate studying or looking to study CPA highly preferred, and will be fully supported. Strong numerical and analytical abilities - high accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel A positive, well-mannered, team-oriented attitude. Willingness to work in a high volume environment.
