Job Description Manage and process up to 200 invoices per week, ensuring accurate recording in the accounting system. Reconcile supplier statements with company records. Handle payment queries and build strong relationships with suppliers. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Working collaboratively with the Accounting & Finance team. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department. Support the finance team in ad-hoc tasks as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Accounts Payable Executive should have:
A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance or related field. Proficiency in large ERP accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. A strong understanding of accounts payable processes. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines What's on Offer A competitive salary in the range of AUD 72,000 - AUD 80,000 per annum.
