Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records accurately, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts, and manage accounts payable/receivable efficiently. Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile discrepancies in financial records. Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant legislation. Expense Management: Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to budgets. Support: Assist the Finance Manager with ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as needed. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Working Rights within Australia. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Navision, Net-suite, and SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. What's on Offer
