The Company, established in 1980, comprises of a strong Board, Executive group and a highly talented team of people with significant industry experience.About the roleReporting to the MetroMap Sales Manager, the MetroMap Senior Account Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued clients. By developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, this role aims to drive customer retention, foster account growth, and contribute to the overall success of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesThis dynamic role encompasses a number of key responsibilities including (but not limited to):Account Retention and Growth: developing strategies to retain and expand existing customer accounts as well as aligning products/services with client goals and projects.Relationship Management: maintaining strong ties with key stakeholders, serving as the main contact and creating key account strategies.Product Expertise: understanding the MetroMap platform and educating clients on its capabilities.Contract Renewals: proactive management and identification of upselling opportunities.Data Analysis: tracking engagement and making data-driven recommendations for account enhancement.About youTo be considered for this role, you will need:Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and post sales experience with a proven track record of success resulting in revenue growth.Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.The ability to identify and solve problems through analysis and planning.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Commercial acumen and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.A bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent training in business or sales management.The ability to travel locally and interstate when needed.GIS/Geospatial industry knowledge and/or previous experience in a startup or high-growth company will be looked upon favorably.Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and a team player, they possess influential and adaptable qualities, excel in stakeholder engagement and thrive in fast-paced environments.Why Work with usWe understand that your career choices are important.
