To support the delivery of fee-paying patient services and revenue initiatives within the Hospital and Health Service. Work collaboratively to provide a high-quality, coordinated and customer-focused liaison and option management service to patients and staff.

About The Role Follow up potential fee-paying clients, complete necessary documentation and liaise with relevant internal and external agencies to facilitate payment of accounts. Develop, maintain, and periodically review a work procedure manual for this role. Effectively network with revenue-focused colleagues in similar positions within the Metro South Health Service District. Adhere to relevant Queensland Health policies and standards and relevant legislation, providing feedback on recommendations for improvements to revenue functions. Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds, gender, identity, ages, or abilities. Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services, and workplaces.
