Once in a Lifetime Opportunity for a customer focused New Home Advisor, based from our Kialla (Shepparton) Office, working from the displays when required.
Travel is involved as you will work with our potential customers across the Shepparton and Surrounding Region.
Days will be Thursday to Monday, so weekend work is compulsory.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Demonstrated success selling HomeSolution new homes and facades as well as house and land packages.
Gather leads through the Metricon Contact Centre, direct through our website, through your relationships, or following up with customers engaged earlier.
Understand and assess client needs and provide suitable solutions based on our Home Solution designs and facades.
Being a go-getter to manage queries, follow up leads, and achieve sales targets.
Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor.
Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote onwards.
Provide customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations.
Develop and maintain a network of industry partners such as land developers and local community providers.
