This is a fast-paced role based in our stylish Robina Head Office supporting our QLD Sales team in the Coordination, Administration and Delivery of House and Land Packages.
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Developing all brand packages ensuring accuracy with site costs, and actively updating and maintaining internal and external websites. Developing and maintaining a stock database by sourcing land, maintaining database, tracking sales and entering new home designs. Completing a broad range of contract administration and ensuring all files are maintained to a high standard. Undertaking daily reports and maintenance of stock lists. Metricon will offer you:

Experience in either Land or Home sales, Real Estate, building or similar industry experience. Experience in administration and customer service. Meticulous nature who thrives in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds. Ability to manage high volumes of work and requests. Highly developed interpersonal skills and time management skills. Strong ability to work autonomously and take initiative. Proactive and positive attitude.
