Broad Finance Administration role - with responsibilities spanning many duties to build your financial administrator career whilst working and representing such an Iconic Brand!
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
Contract set up such as daily NHOF and deposit receiptsProcess deposit invoicesApply deposits received to correct invoice/contractsScanning and uploading documentsPaperwork follow up from sales consultants/managersPrepare and submit the weekly report to your Manager of any trends or problemsMaintain deposit matrix spreadsheetBackup for Cancellation ProcessBackup for Customer RefundProcessing Staff Discounts and maintain the inbox and payment paperworkProcessing the finalisations of the construction jobAssist with audit requirementsAd hoc projects from your ManagerMetricon will offer you:
