We are seeking a motivated and proactive Metering and Billing Officer to join a dynamic team at a South Australian State Government agency. Key Responsibilities:As a Metering and Billing Officer, your role will be essential in ensuring that customer billing and meter reading processes are carried out in a timely and accurate manner. Your duties will include:
Completing emails and CSIS PWQ's prior to billing schedulesManaging Maximo Queues and ensuring timely completion of bill interceptsInvestigating and addressing unrecorded meter changes and out-of-tolerance readingsResolving issues related to estimated reads and implementing preventive measuresSupporting the delivery of CRM projects to reduce estimated readsProcessing Metering Diagnostics and conducting investigations to ensure accurate billingManaging special billing arrangements for key customers, including hydrants and manual billingEnsuring compliance with audit requirements and timely completion of reconciliationsKey Selection Criteria:To succeed in this role, you will need:
