Mes/Process Computing Engineer. Multi-Year Contract!

Job OverviewReporting to the MES Team Leader, you will work closely with the Automation, Health Safety & Management, and Product Innovation & Technology Teams, as well as external contractors and consultants.Responsibilities:Provide engineering support for the delivery of production and quality targets.Provide engineering support and project management for delivery of capital projects.Compliance with requirements of the engineering design process.Complete Technical and Performance Specifications of upgraded system.Identify and define work scopes, technical specifications and interfaces.Design and implement custom solutions where required.Contribute to sharing knowledge and experience.You will possess:Experience working in industrial manufacturing.Supporting and/or implementing MES Systems.Experience with:Programming: C/C++/C#, Java, JS, Python, Fortran.HMI/SCADA & Historian Applications.Databases & Integration.Ethernet & IP Networking.PLC, DCS, RTU, I/O & IoT systems.Windows, Linux & Virtualisation Administration.Process analysis / improvement.Working with large complex databases.Proficient at interpreting engineering data.If you are looking to be part of a team working on a critical project within a company whose success is deemed essential for the ongoing prosperity and security of Australia, then we want to speak to you.Interested?
