To support our ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our Perth based team at our Landsdale Offices and Workshop.
This role will be dedicated to ensuring end-to-end recruitment services across all operational sites.
The Role Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent. Manage job postings across multiple platforms and maintain the applicant tracking system. Source and coordinate short list selection of applications, including conducting phone / teams' interviews. Conduct and prepare initial screenings. Efficient coordination of the onboarding processes, including booking medicals and flights. Efficient coordination of the site mobilisation processes. Ensure up to date communication with all stakeholders during all processes. Assist with expos and local networking events. Collaborate with leadership and management to refine and develop the recruitment process. Propose and implement strategies that enhance the recruitment process. Data entry and general ad-hoc duties. The Person The ability to pass a Pre-employment medical, incl. Drug & Alcohol screen and National Police Clearance. Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed organisational and time management skills. Experience in or a working knowledge of human resources is advantageous. Experience with MS Office suite essential. Experience with INX and Donesafe is well regarded.
