Our residential properties in Queensland span from Brisbane to Gold Coast. As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Relief Building Manager to cover our Buildings in Brisbane and Gold Coast.
This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Building Manager or Property Manager who would like to venture into the Building Management side of their experience.
The role:
As a Meriton Building Manager, you will be trained onsite, then look after your own building as Building Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the building, liaising with contractors on maintenance issues, site inspections, and more. You will be supported by a vibrant and experienced management team who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated head office administration team.
Role requirements:
At least 1-2 years ' experience in property or building Management Strong understanding and experience in dealing with Strata and Body Corporate. Be available to work on Saturdays (4 hours only) and be on call for occasional after-hours emergencies A passion for real estate and building management Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence Travel to buildings in Gold Coast as well as Brisbane as required to Relieve A proactive work attitude with strong customer service focus What we offer:
