Mergers & Acquisitions Manager

Our clients Strategy and Transformation team is looking for a M&A manager.
The team is responsible for developing strategy and driving the implementation of key strategic initiatives.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy and Transformation Office, as a M&A manager you will:

Lead evaluation of corporate development opportunities partnerships, mergers, acquisitions and divestituresLead high impact transaction processes including due diligence, financial modelling, negotiations and integration Specific Accountabilities: Evaluate and make recommendations on corporate development opportunitiesGenerate creative solutions and novel ways to achieve strategic objectivesCoordinate transaction processes across the various workstreamsMaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externallyWork with all stakeholders to ensure action plans are in place to deliver strategic and financial objectivesPost-transaction reporting against original assumptions, targets and commitmentsManage the appointment and use of external advisersAct professionally and with integrity in commercial negotiations with third parties Qualifications and Experience: 5+ years of end-to-end M&A transaction experience is a mustA qualification in accounting, legal or finance, or other relevantStrong quantitative and analytical skills and ability to independently build financial models, valuations, debt structuresExceptional stakeholder relationship and communication skillsPost-transaction implementation experience, preferred Please click on APPLY NOW to be considered.
