As a Mergers and Acquisition Specialist, you will guide clients through complex transactions, analyse financial data, uncover risks, and provide insights for confident decision-making.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with M&A stakeholders to build relationships and deliver expert due diligence services Review transaction documents to provide insights and recommendations Negotiate transaction terms and prepare detailed reports Manage multiple M&A projects while ensuring timely, responsive client service Build relationships with advisors to enhance service delivery and business growth Promote due diligence services through education and marketing Work with teams and stakeholders to strengthen client relationships and streamline support Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards in all documentation Identify market trends and client needs to drive innovation and growth Assist with proposals, presentations, and business development efforts EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CPA or equivalent preferred) Deliver responsive and high-quality client service, meeting tight deadlines Communicate complex findings effectively to clients and stakeholders Analyze M&A processes, financial statements, and transaction documents to identify risks and opportunities Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports for clients Demonstrate strong interpersonal, negotiation and teamwork skills under pressure Take ownership of projects, relationships, and business development activities Effectively manage multiple stakeholders and priorities THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE Will enjoy...
