This role covers maternity leave from beginning January 2025 to the end of January 2026. Your main responsibilities include:Crafting and executing upfront merchandising strategies, covering assortment, sales planning, pricing/margin, and distribution.Developing assortment plans aligned with business-defined IGM targets, considering market trends, innovation, and competition.Identifying growth opportunities and improvements for Roxy, ensuring timely and profitable product launches.Briefing key must-haves into design centers based in the EU as well as creating regional capsules to complement inline offers.Serving as a liaison between global design, supply chain, marketing, sales, and retail teams to ensure smooth, cross-functional collaboration.Managing regional projections, channel assortments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective execution of marketing events and promotions.Leading a talented team to meet all key product and business-based KPIs.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are seeking a strategic thinker and a proven leader who possesses:In-depth market knowledge of trends, competition, and product, enabling you to drive the success of each brand in the portfolio.Strong analytical skills to support regional SMU targets and make data-driven decisions to deliver on key KPIs.Excellent communication skills for presenting regional insights and collaborating with internal and external teams.Experience managing budgets, implementing pricing strategies, and maximizing profitability.Exceptional organisational skills to oversee seasonal purchase orders, adhere to time action calendars, and maintain effective communication channels.THE REWARDAlthough this is a temporary position, it's a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and gain valuable experience working alongside a team of passionate, creative industry leaders.
