What skills and experience do you need to succeed in this role? HV licence, highly beneficial. A knowledge of farm input industry products and their use, including livestock, pasture and general farming knowledge, beneficial. Proven warehousing and retail sales experience in a similar environment. Natural customer relations and communications skills. Ability to work productively in a small team. Experience in inward and outward goods as well as good mathematical skills being an advantage. Administration and sound computer skills with POS and Microsoft applications.
