We bring brands to life!The opportunityOur Licensed brand division is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Merchandise Planning team, supporting our Superdry brand. You'll plan and forecast stock needs, ensuring balanced assortments and optimal stock levels to exceed sales targets, boost gross profit, and manage inventory. Based in Richmond, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic, market-leading company experiencing rapid growth and innovation!The successful candidate will be responsible for:Perform advanced data analysis, particularly using Excel, to interpret and extract meaningful insights.Lead and manage the workflow of all Planning tasks to ensure they are completed efficiently and on time.Conduct detailed pre-season, in-season, and post-season analysis.Work with stakeholders to analyse sales trends, profitability, and product performance (e.g., life cycle, pricing, sizing, brand attributes).Use this data to inform assortment strategies for both physical stores and online.Manage product plans, covering brand, category, quantity, margin, and assortment strategies.Manage the entire product lifecycle, from pre-season planning to in-store allocation and stock forecasting.Monitor product profitability and productivity, ensuring customer demand is met and providing feedback to buyers on product performance.Build and manage financial plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and profitability.Develop and implement coaching plans for direct reports, ensuring team development and growth.Build strong relationships with key business partners, including suppliers, stores, IT, and marketing teams.Work cross-functionally with peers and management to negotiate and influence decisions.The skills and experience you offer us:3+ years' experience in a Merchandise Planning role or similarExperience in the Retail industry (highly regarded)Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reportingStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborationProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent attention to detail and sound decision-making skillsJust some of the perks we offer you:Generous discounts for you and your family across Brand Collective's stable of brands!
