About the Role As a Planner, you'll take on a pivotal role, providing managerial leadership for a department(s) to curate the optimal mix and flow. Your responsibilities extend to optimizing store mix to maximize profitable sales, fostering effective teams through ongoing coaching, training, and development of associates.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Offer operational and managerial coaching to the planning team for weekly shipping strategies, monthly inventory targets, and sales goals.Monitor the business performance of multiple departments, aligning goals with company objectives.Execute sales and profit objectives, implementing business plans aligned with the merchandise strategy and the department's business vision.Anticipate, influence, and challenge inventory flow within departments.Spearhead the setup of new stores, ensuring the team achieves new store targets and stays ahead of their needs.Monitor financial and unit open-to-buy metrics.Develop and manage class plans to ensure appropriate flow to all stores.About You Essential experience in Buying / Planning, demonstrating business acumen, understanding of Ladder & financial plans, and market awareness.Managerial experience highly regarded.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Analytical mindset with strong influencing skills.Above all, we seek someone passionate about retail planning, dedicated to talent development, and excited to contribute to the growth of our team.
