We are looking for an apparel planner to join our planning team based in our Melbourne regional support office. Reporting into the Regional Head of Planning SEAPAC, you will manage the E-Commerce businesses across the region.Collaborate with the Head of Buying, Buyers and In-Season Specialists across the SEAPAC region to develop and implement a category strategy to drive sales and maximise profitEstablish category budgets and KPIs including net sales, mark-downs, sell through, stock turn, margin contribution, profitability, option plans and unit forecasts for online.Monitor weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and stock levels reporting any concerns to the wider team whilst identifying new opportunitiesHighlight changing market conditions and mitigate risk by identifying problem areasManage reporting and provide merchandise performance analysisDeliver accurate information on a timely basis on which buyers can base decisionsPrepare and contribute to end of seasonal reviewsProvide guidelines to support allocation teams with maintaining correct min max levels for all core range, replenishment and markdownsEnsure availability of key volume lines by monitoring style sales and stock levelsContribute to the weekly meetings by providing analysis and recommendations to achieve sales, gross profit and stock targetsSupport and contribute towards the development of the range planYour profile:Successfully completed studies in Business or Fashion (desirable)Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced Planning & Merchandising roleStrong commercial skills with an understanding of the Online BusinessStrong analytical skills and solution-orientated thinkingProficient level user with MS Excel (intermediate/advanced)SAP and Google Analytics experience (desirable)Experience in international markets would be highly regardedYour benefits:Up to 65% off our premium product rangeAnnual clothing allowanceAdditional day of leave for your birthdayJoin a team of supportive and driven professionalsWe are a global company with our employees representative of the world at large.
