Drive strategy, sales, profitability, pricing, promotions, range reviews and lead a small team within the Oils & Fluids category in a Trans-Tasman business.
Brisbane or Rowville location. The Opportunity: It doesn't happen often that we have an available position for a talented Merchandise or category Manager to join our team.
We are seeking a dynamic, creative commercially savvy individual who is a great communicator with demonstrable experience driving a large category and leading a capable team.
You will assume overall responsibility for the growth and profitability of the category, whilst managing a team of direct reports.
Duties & Responsibilities: Development, implementation and managing end to end category strategy across Repco and Napa trans-TasmanManage price, promotions, range, inventory and space in stores, online B2C, Trade B2B and reseller channelsReviewing market trends and data to identify opportunities to drive sales and profitabilityCompletion a structured range review calendarSourcing, negotiation, and execution of the new productDevelopment of strong internal and external relationshipsCoach, mentor and develop a small teamAbout you: You will be results focussed, with a dynamic, go-getter mentality, ensuring your category always exceeds customer expectations, and performs above target.
