Deliver merchandising excellence by ensuring policies and procedures are followed, merchandise compliance is ensured, and efficiency is maximised.
Work collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required.Coordinating the day-to-day merchandising tasks, planners, set up guides, and new product initiatives.Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.About you An individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere!You will thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of merchandise (events, promotional activities, etc.) or operations (stock flow, inbound and outbound goods, etc.).Result-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes.Strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with your keen eye for detail.JB Hi-Fi Limited is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
