Deliver merchandising excellence by ensuring policies and procedures are followed, merchandise compliance is ensured, and efficiency is maximised.
Work collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both in-store and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required.Coordinating the day-to-day merchandising tasks, planners, set-up guides, and new product initiatives.Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.About you An individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere!You will thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of Merchandise (events, promotional activities, etc.)
or Operations (stock flow, inbound and outbound goods, etc.
