About the Role… As a Mentor working in our Workforce Australia GEN Contract you will providing, pre-employment support to improve the work-readiness of customers and assist them into sustainable work or education.
You will conduct assessments to identify barriers and provide direction and support to ensure their journey into appropriate and sustainable employment.
Engage and refer job ready participants to our Recruitment Partner and assist them with their barriers by referring them to community organisations.
You will work closely with customers by supporting them with job search activities including interview coaching, budgeting and resume preparation along with matching participants to current vacancies.
This role is full time, fixed term until June 2025 with the possibility of extension based in our Aitkenvale office working 8:30am-5pm.
