What you'll do As our Wellbeing Specialist, you will provide technical subject matter expertise in the development of psychosocial risk and work design.
The role also supports/advises and/or leads the response to critical or complex psychological incidents.
Supporting the enhancement of current controls to enable leaders to feel confident in their roles, including the tools and processes to support them & implement initiatives Upskilling, coaching and/or supporting the business to understand and use work design as a control for managing psychosocial risk Assist in creating and updating fit for purpose wellbeing content to be deployed throughout the business e.g.
learning / websites / portals / campaigns Assist in updating data inputs required for governance and monitoring wellbeing performance Supporting in the management of vendors who provide services to the Group Being agile, the responsibilities of this role will change based on business needs What you'll bring We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting and achieving impactful results, and wants to have a direct impact on our teams and their experience.
