A Typical Week
Here's an overview of how you might spend your time:
Mentor and Lead – Support, coach, and guide a team of dedicated mental health professionals, ensuring they have what they need to provide outstanding care. Coordinate Services – Handle referrals, manage caseloads, and oversee staff resourcing so everyone's time is well-spent and clients' needs are met. Collaborate with the Community – Build partnerships with external services, government bodies, and community groups to strengthen our support network. Engage Directly with Clients – Work alongside individuals with complex needs, setting achievable goals and fostering hope through personalised support plans. Champion a Positive Team Culture – Lead by example, promoting a safe, inclusive environment that values each team member's strengths and contributions. What we offer:

We're looking for someone who:
Has a background in mental health or community services and is passionate about working with people. Brings a supportive, collaborative leadership style and enjoys mentoring others. Is skilled in managing complex cases, resources, and coordinating across services. Communicates with empathy and professionalism, building strong relationships within the team and with partners. Qualifications You'll Need:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Services (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, or similar). Current SA driver's licence, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check. Why Join Us?
