Provide expert information and education to clients requiring mental health, social and emotional well-being care, and their families. Promote social and emotional well-being, early detection of mental illness, activities for prevention of self-harm, suicide, and upliftment of self-esteem. Promote excellence in clinical standards and quality of care and work closely with the broader Primary Health Care (PHC) team to integrate and coordinate prevention and care for best outcomes for the client. The position is a region-wide clinical outreach position and requires travel to all Sunrise Health Service Aboriginal Corporation (SHS) communities on a regular basis. Is this the right role for you?
