Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care tailored to the needs of our patients.About the RoleWe are looking for passionate Mental Health Nurses to join our growing team.
In this role, you will:Primarily conduct individual therapy sessions and assessments within your scope of practice.Facilitate group therapy programs.Administer rTMS (Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatments with the support of our psychiatrist and nursing team.Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, including treatment details and clinical rating scales.Provide patient-centered care with dignity and respect.Assist with administrative tasks as required.What We OfferAbove award remuneration under the Nurses Award 2020.5 weeks annual leave inc. annual leave loading.Flexible work hours between 8am to 4pm with an emphasis on work/life balance.Practice shutdown between Christmas and New Year.Internal and external EAP (Employee Assistance Programs).Regular clinical supervision and support from Senior Mental Health Nurse and Psychiatrist.Comprehensive in-house and external training in rTMS.Assigned laptop for duration of employment.Opportunities for professional development.A supportive, multidisciplinary team environment focused on collaborative care.Essential CriteriaTo be successful in this role, you must have:A Bachelor of Nursing.Current AHPRA registration.Professional indemnity insurance.Current First Aid and CPR certification.Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Highly Regarded CriteriaPostgraduate qualifications in Mental Health or equivalent.Certifications in CBT, DBT, AOD or any other therapeutic modalities.Experience working in mental health.Additional RequirementsSuccessful candidates must also provide:A current Employee Working with Children Check.An NDIS Worker Screening Check.Proof of identity.How to ApplyTo apply, submit your cover letter addressing the essential criteria along with your current resume (including at least two referees) via our website: apply-now.
