Salary from $90,000 - $120,000 + Superannuation + MORE Perth Metro or Regional WA, you choose Commence ASAP - Full time AND Part Time Opportunities Position Overview: Stream Healthcare are recruiting Senior Mental Health Nurses with extensive experience working alongside youth and families, for positions around Perth's CBD and Regional Western Australia!
Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership to a team of health professionals, ensuring best practice and high level of care.
Provide in depth mental health assessments and care plans.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and support for young people and their families.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, community services, and educational institutions to ensure a holistic approach to care.
Participate in the development and implementation of mental health programs and initiatives.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Manage clinical resources and staffing.
Selection Criteria: Fully qualified and AHPRA Registered Nurse.
Post graduate degree in Mental Health (desirable).
Senior experience within youth mental health settings.
Immunisation Certificate will be highly regarded.
National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).
Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
