Planning, delivering, and evaluating high-quality nursing care in consultation with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and their carers.Providing customer-focused care in collaboration with an expert team of psychiatrists, medical officers, nursing staff, occupational therapists, and social workers.Supporting patient recovery through the use of innovative care models like Safewards, focusing on identifying triggers, coping strategies, and managing their mental health conditions.Offering mentorship to less experienced nurses and students, while also conducting mental, social, and physical assessments to create individualized treatment and recovery plans.Your ImpactIn this role, you will:
