About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership position within our newly established Mental Health team. As the Mental Health Lead Clinician, you'll play a pivotal role in building and expanding this division at BRAMS.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll oversee Mental Health Aboriginal Health Practitioners and ensure the delivery of high-quality, culturally responsive Social and Emotional Wellbeing programs. You'll also provide expert clinical social work services and consultation across BRAMS.
About youWe're seeking an experienced and motivated professional ready to lead and grow a team.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A tertiary qualification in Social Work (eligibility for Australian Association of Social Workers membership preferred).Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.Experience in social work practice, particularly in Aboriginal communities or remote settings.Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.A commitment to culturally responsive and person-centred care.Next stepsThis is your chance to lead a team making a real difference in the local community.
