The Workforce Partnerships and Professional Development Team at the Mackay Community Health Centre is seeking applications for a Mental Health Information Support Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.
Temporary Part-Time Position (15.2 hours p.f.)
Initial contract from the date of appointment until 7 January 2026, with the potential for extension.
Additional opportunity to provide leave coverage on a full-time basis (76 hours p.f.)
over the next 12 months.
Your opportunity To provide support to Mental Health staff in the utilization of all information systems so information can be used for improved management, decision-making, quality improvement, and performance monitoring.To assist the service in meeting the Quality and Information Management deliverables which cover the areas of service development, reporting, training, and system management.Play a participatory role, at the local level, in the development and implementation of any information system initiatives.About the Team Staff members of the Workforce Partnerships and Professional Development Team work within a multi-disciplinary team framework to deliver high-quality services safely and with a robust culture of continuing improvement.
Staff work collaboratively with each other and with consumers, their families/carers, and external service providers.
