About the opportunity We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Employment Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide support and guidance to individuals with mental health challenges, helping them overcome barriers to employment and achieve their career goals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of mental health resources, and a commitment to empowering others. You will provide end to end support from initial consultation through to ongoing support.  Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Actively promote and place jobseekers into employment vacancies and opportunities appropriate to their abilities and interests Create interview and job opportunities for clients via marketing and relationship building, with a primary focus on job carving  Provide advice, guidance and assistance to job seekers on resume development, job applications, job hunting and interview techniques Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to clients as they transition into employment, addressing any barriers or challenges that arise. Support the wider team to drive performance and achieve sustainable employment outcomes for jobseekers Collaborate with employers to promote inclusivity and support the successful integration of individuals with mental health conditions into the workforce. Work with Employers and Jobseekers to ensure that employment milestones (4, 13, 26 and 52 week outcomes) are achieved, as well as seamless transition into ongoing support Ensure government standards and contractual obligations are met within the site This is a Full-Time position based at Caboolture covering the wider region About you:  We are seeking motivated and value driven individuals to join our Employment & Training division as an Mental Health Employment Coach. Your care and dedication to each jobseeker will be evident by the hard work you put in: Minimum requirement of Mental Health first aid achieved, further certification preferred Previous experience working with individuals with mental health challenges, preferably in a vocational or employment support role. Prior Employment Services experience will be highly regarded, but not essential Willing to work out in the community, spend your time traveling to employers and between sites,  Strong customer service and reverse marketing, sales or cold calling experience Demonstrated ability working towards targets and KPIs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem solving and conflict resolution Strong administration and computer skills – ability to learn technical systems Resilient in nature and ability to thrive in a continuously changing environment  How to apply for this role?
