Job DescriptionWe are looking for General Psychologists (Registered AHPRA) or Accredited Mental Health Social Workers who can deliver authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support in a wide range of services including Workers Compensation Schemes, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and Medicare clients. As a clinician working with Access Psych, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate the challenges of work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and other occupational issues. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people in returning to work and/or fully re-engaging with the community;Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.The BenefitsWhen you join Access Psych, you join one of Australia's most reputable mental health service providers. General Psychologist Registered with AHPRA; orAccredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW;Willingness to obtain relevant accreditations including NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) and WorkSafe Victoria accreditations;You have permanent residency in Australia;You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;You want to be part of a dynamic, social, and hard-working team;Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.Additional InformationYou are welcome here.
