Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager prior to commencement of clinical duties.This position may be required to travel across mental health service sites within the Townsville Health Service district including Ingham, Burdekin and Charters Towers and surrounds.This position requires the incumbent to operate a class "C" motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required.
