Mental Health Clinician (Orange or Bathurst) HiTalent Recruitment is seeking a Mental Health Clinician / Social Worker / Psychologist (General or Provisional) to join a PHN funded Program in Orange or Bathurst.

We are working exclusively with a well-respected not-for-profit organisation to seek a dedicated Mental Health Care Specialist to join their team.
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in providing recovery-based care and psychological therapies to support clients' recovery.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
Conducting risk assessments and delivering mental health care services, including evidence-based psychological therapies and wellbeing interventions, tailored to the needs of clients.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Actively participating in individual and group supervision in addition to professional development activities.
Contributing to program development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Upholding organisational values and policies while maintaining a commitment to quality service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
A tertiary degree in Social Work or Psychology registration with a relevant professional body - AASW or APHRA Minimum 2 years of experience working with clients experiencing mental health challenges.
Demonstrated proficiency in delivering trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
