What You'll Do Provide personalized care and support to clients, building meaningful connections.
Conduct intake assessments and develop tailored intervention plans in collaboration with clients and families.
Advocate for clients and coordinate with other clinicians and stakeholders to enhance well-being.
Monitor and manage clients' mental health in collaboration with health professionals.
Participate in clinical meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to grow your expertise.
About You Current AHPRA registration (Psychologists, MH Nurses) or AASW registration (Social Workers).
Proven experience in managing complex mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders.
Passion for making a difference in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.
Effective time management and organizational skills to meet program KPIs.
