Mental Health Clinician, Head to Health DarwinFor all people in Australia living with mental health and wellbeing challenges to live a life that is meaningful to them.Full Time Maximum Term Contract until 30 November 2025 (Parental Leave Cover)Classification: Health Professional Level 2 with a salary range of $91,706 - $102,613 per annum (pro rata) + SuperannuationSalary packaging arrangements providing tax benefits available for living and entertainment expenses increasing your take home income where part of your wage is paid tax free each pay, savings thousands in tax each yearGenerous above-award pay and entitlements (see details below)Location: Head to Health, Darwin NTAbout your new roleAs an Allied Health Professional, you will draw on your discipline specific skills, to provide high quality interventions aimed at improving the mental health and wellbeing outcomes for consumers accessing the AMHC. It is a responsibility of the incumbent to maintain all registrations requirements with the appropriate registration authority with continuing professional development.Social Worker - It is a mandatory requirement that the candidate is eligible for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and that the candidate does not have any other outstanding professional competency or ethical issues, or complaints known to the AASW which may preclude membership to the association. Current Accredited Mental Health Social Work endorsement with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) would be highly desirable.Psychologist - Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a current annual practicing certificate is essential.
